• CHECK-IN TIME– 2:00 PM   |   CHECK-OUT TIME– 11:00 AM

     Note - One hour's delay will be considered a full day and deducted from the security deposit.​​

• CANCELLATION POLICY - All bookings are FINAL.

     No Refunds or Rescheduling of dates permitted under any circumstances once the booking is confirmed. ​

• POOL TIMINGS are 8 AM to 8 PM as per Goa Tourism Regulations- No Exceptions. 

     The pool will be closed from 8 PM to 8 AM for Filtration & Cleaning.

• QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 

     As per the Goa Tourism Guidelines, loud music or noise is strictly prohibited and may result in Police Action and Fines and additional charges for guests. 

​

• Guests are requested not to leave any CASH or VALUABLES, including Electronic gadgets, in the room. Strictly no claims shall be entertained in this regard. The electronic safe is provided in each room for your convenience only, without any safety guarantees.

• Items such as weapons and any objects that may cause bodily injury are strictly not allowed in the Room/Hotel Premises.

• Management will not be responsible for any THEFT or LOSS in the room.

• Please share the exact guest count to avoid embarrassment and confusion. Unaccounted / Surprise guests are not welcome at our property; please refrain from doing so.

• Any loss caused to any item in the rooms or any other place on the property shall be charged, as per the rate decided by the Management.

• Cooking by Guests is strictly not allowed. There is a paid cook-on-call service available if guests prefer to have their meals at the property.

• Loud music or acts that may cause any nuisance/ disturbance, including consumption/storage of drugs/contraband or other illegal activities, is strictly prohibited. In case of any illegal activity noticed or reported, it shall lead to immediate action by the law enforcement agency, without any liability to the Management. Further, it shall also entitle the Management to direct the Guest/s to clear all pending docs and Check-Out, forthwith.

• Laundry service will strictly be from 8.00 am to 10.00 am, chargeable as per the item.

• Other Service/s, if any, in the rooms will be available only till 10.00 pm.

• Rent a car/ bike facility is available at the Reception, without any risk/ liability to the Management.

• All miscellaneous payments must be made in Cash before check-out. No Cheque payments are allowed. Strictly No Credit Facility allowed.

• We are not a Pet-Friendly Property (Not by choice but for health reasons).

• Smoking is allowed in the outdoors and open areas only. STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the villa.

• The right of admission is reserved subject to the discretion of the Management.

• All reservations subject to availability and Management’s sole discretion. Stags, please excuse, we prefer couples or families.

• Management is not responsible for any Deeds, Acts, adventures, Accidents, etc. of the guests during their stays.

• Requests for extra linen/towels should be made before 6.00 pm. Extra linen/towels will be charged extra.

• All disputes are subject to Goa Jurisdiction only.
